Prior to being sworn in as the U.S. Marshal for the District of Arizona on May 3, 2002, David P. Gonzales worked for the Arizona Department of Public Safety for 25 years. Marshal Gonzales started his law enforcement career at the young age of 19 as a Deputy Sheriff for the Coconino County Sheriff's Office. Marshal Gonzales was nominated as U.S. Marshal by Senators John McCain and Jon Kyl and appointed by President George Bush. President Obama retained Marshal Gonzales as U.S. Marshal for the District of Arizona.

Marshal Gonzales began his career with the Arizona Department of Public Safety as a Highway Patrolman moved up the ranks to assume command responsibilities of the Criminal Investigation Bureau (CID). CID was comprised of 350 detectives assigned statewide to the Narcotics Unit, 0rganized Crime Unit, Gang Enforcement Unit, Auto Theft Unit, Intelligence Unit, Special Operations Unit, including SWAT, Canine and bomb disposal, and the Governor Protection Unit. Marshal Gonzales is recognized nationally as an expert in the operation of multi-agency task forces, community and law enforcement activities to identify and reduce street gangs and identifying and investigation money laundering activities arising from criminal enterprises. As U.S. Marshal for the District of Arizona, he managed some of the busiest and largest districts in the U.S. Marshals Service.

Marshal Gonzales received a B.S. degree in Public Administration from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. He isa member of the Harvard University/Kennedy School of Government's Executives in State and Local Government and is an Executive Development Graduate from the University of Southern California.

Kevin Schutzenhofer is an accomplished Stakeholder Manager with over two decades of experience working for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) where he has been instrumental in building and maintaining relationships that have supported the freedom of movement for people and commerce.

Prior to joining TSA, Kevin spent several years in the airline business and developed a deep understanding of the industry.  Kevin has been instrumental in creating and implementing successful outreach programs that have fostered collaboration and cooperation between TSA and its Stakeholder Community.

Kevin always believes that positive and trusting relationships lead to success in any realm.

Michelle Holcomb is the District 5495 Governor for 2024-2025.

• Michelle has been a member of The Rotary Club of Fountain Hills since 2010 and served as club president in 2015-16, 2016-17, co-president in 2018-19 and again in 2021-22.
• She has served as a District 5495 Assistant Governor for 2019-21.
• She is a graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute and PETS.
• She is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Pinnacle Presbyterian Church.
• Her achievements outside of Rotary include serving on the Rio Verde Community Association Board of Directors for six years, chairing the Rio Verde Architectural Committee for six years and helping form the Fountain Hills Business Alliance.
• Michelle’s 27-year real estate career has expanded to include a contracting business which she and her husband, Gary, enjoy working together.
• Golf and gardening are her favorite leisure time activities.
