Applications for 2016–2017 are available to study overseas for one year as a Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE) student.
• Have you ever thought about living and studying abroad?
• Think it would be exciting to be a youth exchange student?
• Looking for a unique experience that will help prepare you for college?
Rotary youth exchange students spend the year living in an overseas city with a host family and attending school. This is a chance to:
• Travel and see the world
• Experience another culture
• Master a new language
• Return home having had a life changing experience
• Be hosted by a local Rotary club of business and professionals
Youth exchanges will be conducted in Europe, South America and Asia in 2015-2016. RYE is a secondary-school program for students who are currently attending high school during the 2015-2016 academic year and are between the ages of 15 and 18.5 as of August 2016.
2016-2017 Rotary Youth Exchange Applications (pages 1 thru 4) are due 30 Sept 2015 to the Rotary Club of Scottsdale. For more youth exchange information contact Claudia Arnold-Sawaf.
Too often, people say, “I wish I had known about Rotary youth exchange when I was in high school.” Be sure and let your friends and contacts who are now in high school know about this opportunity before it is too late for them to consider participating in this fantastic program.
