Incoming President Kent Wick is given the Club Bell by outgoing President Craig Miller

Craig transfers to Kent the scroll listing Scottsdale Rotary's Founders as well as the Club Charter

It's official, Craig pins Kent as 55th President of the Rotary Club of Scottsdale.

This exact pin has been handed down from President to President for more than 35 years!

Kent accepts "The President's Shoe Plaque." The plaque lists all Presidents.

The shoes were those of President John Connor, who worked tirelessly for the Club.

The meaning....Each President has big shoes to fill.

Dr. Art DeCabooter was both teased and hailed for the recent party celebrating his life at Scottsdale Community College and his abundant service in our community

Prez Craig opened our meeting at The Scottsdale Culinary Institute

Following a fabulous lunch, we received a history of the schoool as well as a history of the chef's hat from Executive Chef John Paul

We then walked across Camelback Road to tour the Giants training facility

Our first stop was a presentation by a player who has been in the Giants minor league for 6+ years. We were shocked to learn that the average salary for a minor league player is around $12,000

We then received a briefing from Bill Murphy of the City of Scottsdale, about the management of the facility itself

Our final stop on the tour was the "batting tunnel"

2006-2007 President David Arriola brings his term to a close

2007-2008 President Craig Miller receives the President's Pin that has been passed down and cherished by every President for more than thirty years.

Craig poses with the President's Shoe Plaque. This plaque is also handed from President to President each year. The names of all Past Presidents are mounted along with the shoes of a hard working and successful Past President, John Connor.
