Perennial guests are visiting Rotarians whose primary residence is outside of the state of Arizona, they reside in Arizona only on a seasonal basis, are members in good standing of a Rotary Club near their primary residence, meet the minimum attendance requirements as set forth by their home club and that of Rotary International in the standard club constitution and have been approved as a perennial guest by the Rotary Club of Scottsdale Board of Directors. Perennial guests have generally done made-ups at RCS meetings in excess of five years prior to being given this status.
